- Uphold Gucci visual merchandising standards, company grooming policies and contribute to overall store administration and functionality.
- Collaborate constructively with team members, share solutions, and maintain a One‑Gucci client perspective across exchanges, returns and repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales or high‑end customer service experience with a demonstrable track record of results.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and to exceed individual and store sales targets.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and the ability to inspire trust and teamwork.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience
At least two years of experience in luxury fashion retail or an equivalent customer‑facing role, with a proven ability to drive sales, recruit and develop clients, and deliver elevated service both in‑store and remotely.
Education
