Gucci Client Advisor role at Harrods, London. Full-time luxury retail position delivering personalized client service across five departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs through effective data and systems utilization to identify personal performance trends and sales opportunities
- Execute cross- and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client satisfaction
- Create engaging and emotional client experiences by hosting clients in accordance with hospitality guidelines and welcome protocols
- Proactively establish and maintain strong client relationships from the point of entry, ensuring clients feel valued and recognized
- Demonstrate expert styling knowledge by combining and mixing products to best serve individual client preferences and occasions
- Develop and nurture both local and international client bases, identifying and recruiting top-tier clients for long-term relationship cultivation
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client loyalty in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and contemporary luxury fashion
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or five-star hospitality establishment. Proven history of consistently achieving sales targets and successfully developing and retaining premium clientele.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail certification or luxury hospitality training programs are advantageous.
