Gucci Client Advisor position in London at Selfridges. Full-time permanent retail role focused on personalized client experiences and sales achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by effectively utilizing available data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and client spend
- Create engaging and emotionally resonant client experiences through best-in-class service, hosting clients in accordance with hospitality guidelines
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships from the moment of entry, proactively engaging with clients and ensuring they feel valued
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations and mix-and-match solutions
- Develop and nurture local and international client base while identifying and cultivating top-tier clients for long-term loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as required
