Gucci Client Advisor role in London Heathrow Terminal 3; deliver luxury fashion expertise and personalized client experiences on a full-time permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by effectively utilizing available data and systems to monitor performance and identify sales opportunities
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase average transaction value
- Create an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience, delivering best-in-class service and welcoming clients in accordance with hospitality guidelines
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to mix-and-match offerings and deliver personalized recommendations
- Develop and cultivate both local and international client bases, identifying and nurturing top clients for long-term loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of Gucci and the broader luxury fashion landscape
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Availability to work varied hours and days, including weekends as required

Experience
Some experience working in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or in a hospitality environment, with demonstrated success in sales and client development.
