Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs through data-driven performance analysis and identification of sales opportunities
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client lifetime worth
- Create engaging, emotional client experiences aligned with hospitality guidelines and welcome protocols
- Proactively establish and nurture strong client relationships from point of entry, ensuring clients feel valued throughout their journey
- Leverage styling expertise to mix-and-match products effectively, tailoring recommendations to each client's preferences and requirements
- Develop and cultivate local and international client base, identifying and recruiting high-potential top clients for portfolio growth
