Gucci Client Advisor position in London's Westfield store. Full-time permanent role delivering luxury retail experience and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to identify performance gaps and sales opportunities
- Apply cross- and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and customer lifetime value
- Create engaging, emotionally resonant client experiences that reflect Gucci's hospitality standards and welcome protocols
- Proactively engage clients, establish meaningful relationships, and ensure clients feel valued from initial store contact
- Utilize styling knowledge and product expertise to mix-and-match items that best serve individual client needs
- Develop and nurture a local and international client base, identifying and cultivating high-value client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end luxury or fashion retail, or hospitality sector
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and client development
- Genuine passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as required

Some experience working in a high-end luxury or fashion brand environment, or in hospitality. Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and develop client relationships in a retail or service setting.
