Gucci in London (Heathrow T2) seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor on a fixed-term contract to deliver luxury client experiences and achieve sales KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, hospitality-led client experiences in line with brand welcome and service standards, ensuring clients feel valued from first contact.
  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by proactively identifying sales opportunities and using available data and retail systems to track performance.
  • Develop and maintain local and international client relationships, recruiting and growing a high-value client portfolio.
  • Maximize revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques, informed styling advice, and product mix recommendations.
  • Provide expert styling and product knowledge to advise clients and create coordinated looks that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support store targets, merchandising, and clienteling activities.

Qualifications

  • Some experience working within a high-end luxury brand, fashion house or premium hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing a personal client base.
  • Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and variable hours to meet business needs.
