Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class, personalised client experiences that reflect Gucci’s hospitality and welcome standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through disciplined use of sales data and in-store systems.
- Maximise revenue using cross-selling and upselling techniques and by rotating across Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
- Develop and maintain strong local and international client relationships; proactively recruit and grow top clients through clienteling.
- Apply styling expertise and product knowledge to advise clients and create cohesive looks, mixing and matching across categories.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to support store performance and execute client-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
- Some professional experience in a high-end fashion brand or in luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Deep interest in and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
- Ability to perform productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
Skills
Experience
Some experience in luxury retail or hospitality is required, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
