Gucci Client Advisor — London (Selfridges). Permanent full-time role delivering personalised luxury client experiences and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class, personalised client experiences that reflect Gucci’s hospitality and welcome standards.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through disciplined use of sales data and in-store systems.
  • Maximise revenue using cross-selling and upselling techniques and by rotating across Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
  • Develop and maintain strong local and international client relationships; proactively recruit and grow top clients through clienteling.
  • Apply styling expertise and product knowledge to advise clients and create cohesive looks, mixing and matching across categories.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support store performance and execute client-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Some professional experience in a high-end fashion brand or in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Deep interest in and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Ability to perform productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Experience

Some experience in luxury retail or hospitality is required, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing repeat clientele.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
