Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury client experience by building authentic, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Provide expert styling and curated wardrobe solutions across womenswear and menswear, creating versatile, timeless looks tailored to each client.
- Translate contemporary fashion trends and culture into compelling, client-relevant proposals and product recommendations.
- Drive individual sales performance by meeting and exceeding KPI targets through a commercial and entrepreneurial approach.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, maximising opportunities via effective use of clienteling tools and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster a positive team environment and contribute to collective store success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-quality client-service environments, preferably within fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable fashion sensibility and genuine passion for styling and fashion culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish lasting client connections.
- Collaborative team player with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
- Willingness to work a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
Previous experience in high-quality client service roles is required, with preference for candidates from fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality backgrounds.
Education
Secondary education (A-levels or equivalent) required; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
