Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and store systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Maximise revenue through consistent cross-selling and upselling techniques tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver an engaging, emotional and hospitality-led client experience that reflects Gucci’s service standards and welcome protocols.
  • Proactively engage new and existing clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring each client feels valued from arrival.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, combining product knowledge and mix-and-match expertise to create complete looks.
  • Develop and expand a local and international client portfolio, actively recruiting and nurturing high-value clients.

Qualifications

  • Some experience working within a high-end luxury/fashion brand or in high-end hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Strong passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Ability to perform productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
