Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by utilizing available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to best serve clients.
- Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
