Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service and adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop both local and international client bases and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.
Qualifications
- Some experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed.
