Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
- Develop and expand both local and international client bases, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and extensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
