Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
- Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
