Role & Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing best-in-class service in accordance with hospitality guidelines.
  • Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
  • Develop and expand a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Skills

Exceptional sales and customer service skills. Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Styling knowledge and product expertise.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
