Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Gucci brand ambassador by delivering best-in-class, personalised service across in-store and remote interactions to deepen client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base through clienteling, virtual appointments and distance-selling initiatives to generate selling opportunities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets using refined selling techniques, luxury gestures, product rituals, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information in POS systems and CRM to personalise service and track preferences.
- Apply expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide styling and purchasing decisions while keeping abreast of fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Uphold Gucci visual standards, assist with merchandising and stock maintenance, and participate in store operations including inventories and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information; adhere to grooming, policy and operational standards.
- Attend product and sales trainings to continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in luxury fashion sales or an equivalent customer‑facing role with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales results while building lasting client relationships.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and the capacity to inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and the luxury sector, with strong commercial awareness and client focus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to complex client situations in a fast‑moving environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience with a proven ability to drive sales and cultivate high‑value client relationships.

The base compensation for this position is USD 16.90 per hour.
