Gucci Client Advisor position in Las Vegas—luxury retail sales role combining brand ambassadorship, personalized clienteling, and hospitality excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service in-store and remotely while ensuring clients feel valued and at ease from first contact
  • Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships through personalized, client-centric experiences
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities, utilizing effective selling techniques, and employing cross- and upselling strategies
  • Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevation, luxury gestures, and ritualistic product presentations aligned with Gucci brand standards
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity and desire to exceed expectations
  • Leverage in-store technology and systems to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences; collect and record meaningful client information to personalize service delivery
  • Create added value by providing insightful recommendations on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions including exchanges, returns, repairs, and customer service interactions
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice
  • Proactively promote and recruit clients for virtual appointments and distance selling opportunities
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising, and store administration
  • Attend training sessions proactively to develop product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Maintain awareness of fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver informed recommendations
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm; adhere to grooming standards and company policies
  • Ensure accurate POS transactions and precise capture of client information; maintain visual display standards and optimal product levels on the sales floor

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury industries
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different client needs and complex situations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Experience
