Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first contact through best-in-class in-store and remote service
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections that demonstrate generosity and consistently exceed expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record

  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional formal education in fashion, business, or hospitality is valued but not required.
