Gucci Client Advisor role in Las Vegas. Luxury retail sales position focused on client relationship building, sales excellence, and brand ambassador duties at the Crystals location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact by delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster strong and lasting relationships, driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant to their preferences
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service delivery and enhance personalization
  • Create added value by providing clients with useful insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, travel, and cultural events
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely

  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions that align with their needs and lifestyle
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions
  • Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice informed by deep Gucci brand and product expertise
  • Proactively attend product trainings to gain and maintain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated success in building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
