Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas store, delivering best-in-class, elevated client service both in-store and remotely.
- Proactively cultivate and expand a loyal client base through personalised clienteling, needs discovery, storytelling and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by applying refined selling techniques, cross-selling and upselling, and by promoting virtual appointments and distance-sales opportunities.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data via POS and CRM touchpoints to personalise future engagements and inform segmentation strategies.
- Maintain visual and operational excellence by adhering to Gucci visual standards, supporting stock maintenance and inventories, and processing POS transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market and client insights, attend product and selling trainings, and propose solutions that enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or an equivalent customer-facing sales role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards; ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to complex client situations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven ability to drive individual and store results and to cultivate long-term client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
