Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Crystals) to deliver personalised luxury clienteling and drive in‑store and remote sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador, proactively engaging clients to build deep, long‑term relationships and drive repeat business both in‑store and remotely.
- Deliver personalised, hospitality‑led client experiences through expert storytelling, styling advice and product rituals; guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive individual and store sales results by maximising selling, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and by promoting virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data through POS and CRM systems to personalise service and support client segmentation and retention strategies.
- Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising to Gucci standards, POS transactions and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a One‑Gucci client experience across exchanges, returns, repairs and other client transactions; contribute to an open, solutions‑focused team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion retail or high‑end customer‑facing sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships and to drive measurable commercial results.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards with the ability to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to diverse client needs and complex situations.
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent commercial awareness; thorough knowledge of fashion and luxury market trends.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of experience in luxury fashion or high‑end retail, with a proven commercial record and experience delivering elevated client experiences both in‑store and remotely.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline or relevant retail certifications preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
