  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual standards and contribute to store operations (stock, inventories, administration).
  • Adhere to company policies and loss prevention procedures while representing Gucci’s grooming and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales or high‑level customer service experience with a demonstrable sales track record.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and to cultivate lasting client loyalty.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric, hospitality‑driven approach.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity and discretion; ability to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
