Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in La Roca del Vallès (Barcelona) — replacement contract 40h. Join Gucci’s La Roca Village boutique delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience that reflects Gucci’s brand standards and drives customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and tailored product recommendations.
- Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and after-sales service using the boutique’s CRM and clienteling processes.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear, advising clients on craftsmanship and provenance.
- Execute boutique visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure an elevated and consistent presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately, perform cash handling and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support stock management activities, including replenishment, inventory checks and receipt processing.
- Collaborate with the store team to share market intelligence, client feedback and participate in in-store events.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish; strong command of English; Catalan is advantageous given the store location.
- Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach and commercial acumen.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and peak trading periods as required for a 40-hour replacement contract.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of proven experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is desirable.
