Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in La Roca del Vallès, Spain — replacement contract (40h).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a refined, personalized client experience and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to reflect Gucci’s brand identity.
  • Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service while ensuring compliance with store procedures.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receipt processes; assist with stocktakes and loss-prevention measures.
  • Contribute to in-store promotional activities and training; share product knowledge and market feedback with the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for customer service with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in fashion or leather goods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with an international clientele.
  • Numerical literacy and proven cash-handling accuracy.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods; able to work a 40-hour replacement contract.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is a plus.
