Gucci Client Advisor position in Kunming, Mainland China – luxury retail sales role representing the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey and present the luxury collection in accordance with brand standards
- Represent the Gucci brand values and maintain the highest level of customer service excellence
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on product styles, characteristics, and relevant trends
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets whilst maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for luxury fashion
- Ability to communicate brand values effectively to diverse clientele
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or equivalent retail experience in luxury or customer-facing environments preferred
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; luxury fashion background beneficial
