Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-value client base through proactive engagement, personalised outreach, and sustained relationship management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently communicating the brand vision and fostering client loyalty through exemplary service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling, product recommendations and service upselling.
- Manage client enquiries and after‑sales follow-up independently, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client care.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of best sellers, new arrivals and category assortments to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to uphold worldwide VM guidelines and ensure displays reflect brand standards.
- Adhere to in‑store SOPs, assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements, and support stock receiving and packing.
- Perform inventory control tasks including category scans, cycle counts and replenishment of display merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ retail or service experience, preferably with demonstrable results in luxury fashion.
- Customer‑service oriented with a clear focus on achieving sales performance.
- Independent decision‑maker with strong judgement and problem‑solving capability.
- Curious and engaging interpersonal style, able to develop authentic client relationships.
- Genuine ambition to build a long‑term career in the luxury fashion sector.
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of frontline retail or client service experience, ideally within luxury fashion, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
