Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients from first point of contact, establishing rapport and strong relationships by delivering best-in-class, elevated service both in-store and remotely
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business whilst enhancing brand loyalty
  • Build meaningful client connections by identifying needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships to maximize sales potential
  • Leverage in-store technology systems to ensure every client interaction is smooth, pleasant, and individually relevant
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service offerings and build comprehensive preference profiles
  • Curate value-added lifestyle insights on local trends—theatre, arts, travel—to enrich the client experience beyond product transactions
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and through virtual channels
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling techniques, luxury gestures, and ceremonial product rituals
  • Employ effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and refined manner to drive sales whilst maintaining a consistently client-centric attitude
  • Select products matched to client needs and benefits, strategically employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and remote sales by actively recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all purchase locations, channels, exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions critical to positive client experience
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions that best serve their individual style and needs
  • Foster open, constructive communication with team members whilst remaining collaborative and proposing effective solutions
  • Engage clients through expert storytelling, comprehensive product knowledge, and honest styling advice informed by Gucci heritage and design narrative
  • Proactively attend product training sessions to continuously develop expertise in product knowledge and refined selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability in a similar client-facing or customer service role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Proven capacity to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of personal ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury sectors
  • Excellent commercial awareness and natural client orientation
  • High adaptability and ability to manage diverse client needs and complex situations effectively
