Gucci Client Advisor in Kaohsiung City — Gucci seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury retail service, drive sales and maintain brand standards in Kaohsiung.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full Gucci sales process: greet, listen, advise and close with exemplary service tailored to each client.
- Provide differentiated client experiences through deep product knowledge and proactive, needs-led assistance.
- Drive cross-category selling and upsell to maximise average transaction value and client lifetime value.
- Engage clients in informed conversations about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for the brand and product.
- Build, maintain and deepen long-term client relationships across all nationalities and personalities, ensuring client trust and confidentiality.
- Keep client records and CRM entries accurate, complete and up to date to support retention and acquisition efforts.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and operational development.
- Communicate openly and constructively with team members; collaborate to deliver solutions and maintain service consistency.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to Gucci standards; ensure the shopfloor is tidy, clean and brand-compliant.
- Ensure safe, accurate inventory control and protect stock integrity through correct handling and storage.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming, dress code and presentation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and the luxury goods sector, with commitment to representing Gucci’s brand values.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on client retention, cross-selling and achieving KPIs.
- Meticulous attention to detail in merchandising, stock management and administrative tasks.

Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury or premium-brand retail, with demonstrable success in clienteling, meeting sales targets and managing store merchandising and stock.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
