Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Jakarta — deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive in-store and remote sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively cultivate and sustain personalised client relationships both in-store and remotely, capturing meaningful client data to tailor future engagements.
- Deliver exceptional, hospitality-led client experiences using luxury gestures, product rituals and storytelling to inspire purchase decisions and brand loyalty.
- Drive individual and collective sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling; actively recruit clients for virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Maintain a ‘One-Gucci-Client’ perspective across exchanges, returns and client service touchpoints to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Apply deep product knowledge and styling expertise to advise clients and present merchandise in accordance with Gucci visual and merchandising standards.
- Participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory counts, POS transactions and general administration while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
- Uphold company grooming and conduct standards; contribute constructively to team communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store targets.
- Demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver high-touch, personalised service.
- Strong commercial awareness, high ethical standards, and the capacity to inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a closely related customer-service environment, with documented sales achievements and client development skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
