Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first point of contact through all interactions
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through attentive service and strategic engagement
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client's experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant to their individual preferences
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service accordingly
- Create added value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, travel, and cultural events
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by actively recruiting clients for selling opportunities
- Maintain a "One-Gucci-Client" perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions with equal care
- Guide and inspire clients to make the best possible decisions to purchase the right products
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve each client
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic attitude
- Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and merchandise organization
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence

- Follow Company grooming standards at all times according to Gucci guidelines and policies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role within the luxury sector, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion, business, or retail certifications are valued but not required.
