Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with in-depth product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and maintain organized stock rooms.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience
