Gucci Client Advisor position in Incheon, South Korea—represent the brand and guide customers through luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and guide them through all stages of the buying journey
- Present the collection using brand standards and communicate styles, product characteristics, and relevant trends
- Advise customers on product selection and provide expert styling guidance
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
- Embody company values as the visible face of the brand
Qualifications
- Understanding of luxury brand values and service excellence standards
- Ability to engage clients with professionalism and sophistication
- Knowledge of product presentation and brand storytelling
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
Education
