Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-store and guide clients throughout the entire purchasing journey, from initial greeting to post‑sale follow-up.
- Present and explain product features, materials and styling options in accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual directives.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and targeted follow-up to maximise lifetime value.
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and by actively promoting current campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the shop floor, ensuring collections are displayed precisely and stock is replenished promptly.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures accurately, process transactions, and ensure client data is recorded in CRM systems following company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and an ability to articulate product craftsmanship and brand narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Professional presence and fluency in customer-facing scenarios; able to adapt approach to diverse clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; experience with clienteling techniques is an advantage.
