Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Incheon, South Korea — deliver luxury client service and drive in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand at all customer touchpoints, delivering impeccable service and embodying company values and presentation standards.
- Advise and guide clients through the buying journey, offering product expertise on collections, materials and styling to drive purchase decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
- Achieve and contribute to individual and store sales targets through effective selling, cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Execute merchandising and visual presentation according to brand guidelines to ensure product displays and store standards are maintained.
- Process transactions accurately, manage stock movements and assist with inventory and store operational tasks as required.
- Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and omni-channel client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and boutique etiquette.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in Korean is assumed for market fit; additional languages (e.g., English) are advantageous.

Typically 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium-brand boutiques, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
