Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Incheon, South Korea — represent the brand, advise clients and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the visible ambassador of the brand, representing Gucci’s values and aesthetic at every client interaction.
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey: consult on styles, product features and trends, and present collections to Gucci visual and service standards.
- Deliver personalised clienteling and after-sales follow-up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Contribute to store performance by achieving individual and team sales targets and supporting omni-channel initiatives (in-store, wholesale and e-commerce interfaces).
- Maintain merchandising, housekeeping and visual presentation to brand guidelines; support inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver luxury-level service and personalised advice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity appropriate for an international luxury clientele.
- Commercial awareness and a target-driven orientation, able to convert interactions into sales while protecting brand integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Experience
Previous experience in retail selling, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands; 1+ year in client-facing sales or advisory roles is advantageous. Experience with clienteling, visual standards and achieving sales KPIs preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or diplomas in retail, fashion, or hospitality is an advantage.
