Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Incheon, South Korea — deliver luxury client service across retail and omnichannel channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients, delivering a personalised, discreet and memorable luxury buying experience at every stage of the customer journey.
- Advise and educate customers on product characteristics, materials and styling while presenting collections according to Gucci brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Proactively engage in clienteling activities to build long-term relationships, maintain customer records and follow up to maximise lifetime value.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Support omni-channel service delivery by coordinating with e-commerce, wholesale and store management to fulfil client requests and after-sales needs.
- Ensure flawless store presentation, assist with merchandising resets and maintain inventory accuracy through responsible stock handling and POS transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury product attributes, trends and quality markers, particularly in fashion and leather goods.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism consistent with luxury retail environments.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; flexibility is essential.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, retail management or commerce are advantageous.
