Gucci Client Advisor in Incheon — deliver luxury client service, execute Gucci selling ceremony and drive sales while representing the Gucci brand in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full Gucci selling ceremony from reception to transaction closure, consistently meeting store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional client service underpinned by deep product knowledge and an understanding of Gucci’s history and values.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven follow-up, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Represent the brand by advising clients on style, product features and trends, tailoring interactions to diverse customer profiles.
- Maintain visual standards by implementing Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring attractive product presentation on the sales floor.
- Support accurate stock control and inventory management on the floor and in the backroom, following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming, conduct and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium service environments. Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Formal retail or luxury sales training is advantageous.
