Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients, embodying company values and standards.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present collections in accordance with brand standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
