Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor in Incheon, Korea, to represent the brand and guide clients through their buying journey, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients, embodying company values and standards.
  • Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
  • Present collections in accordance with brand standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support store management activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Incheon, Incheon, South Korea.
