Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the Gucci collection to clients, adhering to brand standards and company values.
- Contribute to achieving set sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
- Ability to adhere to brand standards and company values.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in fashion or retail management are a plus.
Workplace
