Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Gucci brand to clients, guiding them through every stage of the buying journey.
  • Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and current trends.
  • Present the collection using brand standards and ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support store management in various activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Incheon, Incheon, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
