Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor in Incheon, Korea, to represent the brand to clients, guide them through their buying journey, and contribute to sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
- Present collections in alignment with brand standards and values.
- Support clients with product knowledge, including styles, characteristics, and trends.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Act as the brand's ambassador, embodying its values and ethos.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends and product knowledge.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or related fields is preferred.
