Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients, guiding them through the buying journey.
  • Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
  • Present the collection using brand standards.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support store management activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail sales environment, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or business is advantageous.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Incheon, Incheon, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
