Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring a best-in-class service experience both in-store and remotely.
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance client experiences and gather meaningful client information to tailor services.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through luxury gestures and effective selling techniques.
  • Engage clients with expert product knowledge and styling advice, embodying Gucci's philosophy and values.
  • Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci standards.
  • Ensure accurate processing of POS transactions and maintain optimal product levels on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting client relationships.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.

Experience

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
