The Gucci Client Advisor supports clients throughout the buying journey, presents collections in line with brand standards and contributes to sales targets and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include client relationship-building, customer database growth, merchandise presentation, stock management, daily stock counts and store upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete assigned daily duties and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide professional customer service and engage with clients to build strong relationships.
- Expand the customer database by capturing client information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Monitor window displays when assigned.
- Display merchandise according to company guidelines, ensuring all items are correctly priced, labeled and signed, and remain in good condition.
- Manage stock and inventory.
- Conduct daily stock counts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and tidiness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
