Gucci Client Advisor position in Hong Kong: guide customers, achieve sales targets, and maintain luxury retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives and accomplish assigned duties
- Provide professional customer service and build strong customer relationships through attentive engagement
- Capture customer information to expand and maintain the customer database
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across all organizational levels
- Monitor and maintain window displays and in-store visual presentations according to company guidelines
- Display merchandise with proper pricing, labeling, signage, and condition verification
- Perform daily stock counts accurately and manage inventory
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across all areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or high-end customer service preferred
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in luxury retail, fashion, or related field a plus
