Gucci Client Advisor role in Hong Kong SAR—represent the brand, guide customers, and drive sales with professional luxury retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales objectives and contribute to store revenue targets
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey, presenting collections in accordance with Gucci brand standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional, personalized service
- Expand the customer database by systematically capturing client information and preferences
- Monitor and maintain window and in-store displays according to company guidelines, ensuring proper pricing, labeling, and merchandise condition
- Perform daily stock counts accurately and manage inventory levels efficiently
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels to support store operations
- Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
- Customer relationship management capabilities and experience in luxury retail preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to present merchandise according to brand standards
- Physical capability to manage stock, merchandise displays, and store maintenance tasks
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or customer-facing sales roles is preferred; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
