Gucci Client Advisor position in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Guide customers through their purchasing journey while achieving sales targets and embodying brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and regular communication
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, cultivating brand loyalty and articulating the brand vision
- Achieve monthly sales objectives and present the collection according to brand standards
- Follow up on client inquiries and requests proactively, including after-sales services
- Provide exceptional service, product suggestions, and anticipate future client needs
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including best sellers, new arrivals, and category information
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain store displays aligned with worldwide visual guidelines
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures and assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement
- Manage stock receiving, packing, and replenishment in assigned categories
- Conduct inventory scans, assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end client service
- Strong understanding of fashion, design, and product categories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium client-facing roles is preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional fashion or retail training is advantageous.
