Gucci Client Advisor position in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Drive sales and build lasting client relationships through personalized service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from first contact through best-in-class service delivery across in-store and remote channels
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster strong and lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and strategically cultivating existing relationships through meaningful interactions
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client's experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant to their preferences
- Collect and analyze meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service offerings and build comprehensive client profiles
- Create added value by providing clients with insightful recommendations on local lifestyle trends, including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results through monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities across in-store and remote channels
- Provide exceptional client experience by employing sophisticated selling techniques, luxury gestures, and product rituals in a natural and elevated manner
- Apply effective cross-selling and upselling techniques matched to client needs and product benefits
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, ensuring consistent experience across exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
- Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Actively participate in training sessions to gain insights on product knowledge, selling techniques, and fashion trends
- Remain current with fashion trends, competitor activities, and client segmentation to propose optimal solutions
- Contribute to store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising according to Gucci visual standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure proper capture of client information
- Maintain Company grooming standards and appearance policies at all times
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies
- Manage general store administration and operational functionality
Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships

Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment preferred. Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management, or hospitality preferred but not required.
