Gucci Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City — represent the brand, deliver personalised client service, achieve sales targets and support visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service throughout the customer journey: greet, advise, present collections and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management including after-sales service.
- Act as a brand ambassador by conveying Gucci’s brand vision and cultivating long-term client loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, learn best sellers and new arrivals, and provide personalised product advice and styling suggestions.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to implement and maintain in-store displays consistent with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Perform operational duties including cashiering, daily closing settlements, stock receiving, packing and replenishment of display merchandise.
- Adhere strictly to in-store SOPs and participate in stock maintenance activities such as cycle counts and category scans.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to prioritise client needs and support store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives in a retail environment.
- Attention to detail and high standards of presentation consistent with luxury retail.
- Capacity to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it into commercial advice.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to work as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of client-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium brands; prior experience in clienteling and meeting sales targets is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in retail, luxury sales or a related field preferred.
