Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City to deliver luxury client service, visual merchandising, inventory control and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the client base through proactive engagement, regular follow-up and exceptional after-sales service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by conveying the brand vision and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives through consultative selling and product recommendations.
- Deliver elevated service standards by anticipating client needs and proposing suitable alternatives and styling advice.
- Keep abreast of best sellers, new arrivals and full product-category knowledge to support sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure in-store displays align with worldwide VM guidelines.
- Adhere to in-store SOPs, assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements, and perform stock receiving and packing duties.
- Support inventory control via category scans, cycle counts and replenishment of display merchandise.
- Contribute to teamwork and store operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion preferred.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering proactive client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to follow SOPs and handle cashiering and basic stock-handling tasks accurately.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand environments and measurable achievement against sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
